The Lone Star Collection was created in 1980 by Donna Brenner Bando offering one of a kind pieces shown in the finest upscale stores in the U.S.. Her focus has been to seek out the most unique craftsmen, designers, and antiquities available today. With the advent of the internet Donna can now make her collection available to you online. Donna’s current collection represents a new tradition of rustic sentiments, comfort, and forward thought regarding eco friendliness. Our intention is to assist our customers in purchasing sustainably living products for their lives. We are offering a FSC certified collection of eco-friendly reclaimed teakwood furniture designed for style, value, longevity and preservation of natural resources. The Phoenix Collection offers an exclusive series of products that are at the leading edge of accountability in the home furnishings industry for both indoors or outdoors use, these pieces are heirlooms in the making. Indoors or outdoors this furniture is something very special. This ranch style furniture is a wonderful choice for your lodge, cabin, garden or porch. Donna was introduced to this beautiful collection of reclaimed teak wood furniture while on a buying trip in Thailand. Despite Donna’s background in antiques she had never before seen repurposed-teak hand crafted into one-of-a-kind furniture pieces. The collection is made from reclaimed wagon wheels, farm implements, and other sources. As a result most of the pieces are crafted from teak that is already quite old before it is ever re-crafted into furniture. There are over 400 teak wood pieces in the collection.
